The biggest problem they have is whether they can fit into the Corporate World, whether they can work without hustle, burning out, whether they can get the dream job they are looking for with lot of flexibility and work-life balance. I tell them “It's very simple.”
They always undervalue themselves even with top potential. The biggest problem is they don’t know what they are worth…
So, the 1st question I ask is “What do they want? What do they desire the most? What will make their SOUL happy?

At the end of the day if there is no satisfaction, then there is no point in doing the activity.
